LAUNCHPad feels overly tightThe LAUNCHPad is meant to be very tight. Check that there is no sand on the o-ring or the cup. Also make sure the LAUNCHPad is clean.
Water in the AMPJet cartridge

Tip the water out before removing the batteries but be careful to not let the batteries drop out. Remove the batteries and thoroughly dry them before pulling them apart. Rinse the inside of the cartridge as soon as possible with half a cup of fresh water then leave it with the jet end raised to drain and dry.

DO NOT USE THE CARTRIDGE UNTIL ITS COMPLETELY DRY.

Wipe the AMPCells with a clean damp cloth and thoroughly dry. Reapply a small amount of Battery grease (Molykote 4) to the terminals with a cotton tip.

Carefully inspect the End Cap for any sand damage and replace if damaged. Inspect the inside of the end of the cartridge for any big scratches. If there is, contact FLITELab* Customer Support.

Water in AMPCell

AMPCell has an indicator for water damage.

If water has penetrated the casing, regularly check the circular water indicator on the end of your AMPCell. If the sticker has turned red, this means water has penetrated the housing.

IF WATER HAS PENETRATED THE AMPCELL, PLEASE SET AMPCELL ASIDE IN A COOL DRY PLACE. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE, OR CHARGE, AN AMPCELL THAT HAS BEEN WATERLOGGED. CONTACT FLITELAB* IMMEDIATELY.
