Post ride
1. Disconnect Cartridge from the board. Ensure the end cap is in position, rinse the cartridge and wipe dry. Inspect the end cap seal to ensure no damage or dirt.
2. Rinse the board, foil and wings thoroughly with clean fresh water after every use. Dry thoroughly.
3. Rinse around the mast flange to wash salt away from the board connection area (if keeping the board and foil attached).
4. Remove the AMP cells after each ride, wipe the surface of the cartridge where the end cap sits with a damp cloth. DO NOT spray water down into the cartridge cavity.
Regular maintenance
1. Disassemble the Foil from the board. Ensure the cartridge is not in the board
2. Remove the front wing from the fuselage, remove the tail from the fuselage and remove the stabiliser from the tail. Clean all parts thoroughly with fresh soapy water to remove any built-up salt or sand.
3. Periodically clean with a low level ph wash/soapy water and a clean microfibre towel.
4. Periodically you may give the carbon a shine with some carbon polish or silicone spray.
5. Check electrical connections of the AMP cell and apply electrical contact cleaner to clean the connections periodically.
6. Give the Amp Cells are wipe down with a damp cloth never spray water directly on to the cells
7. Apply the provided Di-electric grease periodically to the AMP cell connections
Storage
1. Always store the in a clean, dry environment out of direct sunlight. Ensure it does not go into the bag wet.
